Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed & shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS, Fedex, or UPS.
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand if it's not exactly what you wanted. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer exchanges or store credit on regular-priced merchandise (with receipt & original tags attached) within 14 days of original purchase.
*All sale merchandise is final.
*Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
*Make sure your items are unworn with tags attached. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.*

Once we have received your return, you will receive an email confirmation along with a digital gift card. Store credits can be used both in-store and online.
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE ONLINE:
If you already know the item(s) you want to exchange for, email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 919-303-0651 and let us know which item(s) you are interested in. We will process your return immediately (so you can select the exact item(s) you want online before it sells out and use your credit towards it).
We will then hold your new item(s) until we have received your original purchase. Once we have received your original purchase and it meets our returns criteria, we will ship out your new item(s).
HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE IN-STORE:
Bring your original purchase with tags attached & receipt to either of our stores. We will process your return on the spot and issue a digital gift card that can be used immediately or in the future.
We do our best to inspect all of our merchandise upon arrival to our boutiques, regularly throughout the week, and prior to shipping. Unfortunately and on rare occasions, some things may slip under our radar.
If you have received an item that was damaged upon arrival, please email email@example.com and include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).
If your item(s) became damaged from normal wear within 14 days of original purchase, we will offer an exchange or store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s).
Exclusions include (but are not limited to): washing/drying not in accordance with the care label, removing any tags by pulling causing a tear/hole, cutting any labels out of the item, etc..
*We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/return on any items that do not meet our criteria.
